The Field Work Swarm Collective

Our community is at the core of what we do, from our logo on down. Our conviction comes from a strong sense of shared core values. Like a hive of bees, we are stronger together, working as one. Step on that hive, and you’ve got a serious, swarming problem on your hands.

Our Field Work Swarm Collective program was developed to strengthen, reward, and increase the reach of our community. Sign up to receive our newsletter and join the Swarm Collective for insider access to Field Work news, happenings and the occasional kick down of free swag!

  • Ezra Sitt, Pro Surfer and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt

Growing up on the the Seven Mile Miracle and the epicenter of the surfing universe, he developed a hard charging mentality at a very early age. He is a powerful athlete and known for pushing the limits in both his surfing and jiu jitsu. He takes of late, rides deep in the barrel, throws tons of spray, and draws powerful lines on any wave from South Pacific to right at home in his backyard at pipe or Sunset Beach. As someone who takes his training and surfing very seriously, he knows the importance of high quality, clean nutrition. We are stoked to help fuel Ezra.
